Kelechi Iheanacho played for Nigeria in the FIFA Under-17 World Cup in 2013.
Arsenal, Sporting Clube de Portugal and Porto were all tracking his progress, but in December 2013 he travelled to Manchester City, signed a pre-contract agreement stating that he would sign for the club on his 18th birthday in October 2014.
Kelechi joined Leicester City in August 2017 with a five-year contract that was extended to June 2024 in April 2021.
