Comments:

League position: 7th Sadio Mane also scored Southampton's last hat-trick in the Premier League (versus Aston Villa on 16 May 2015 which was the fastest in the competition's history). The Saints' opening goal was Irishman Shane Long's 100th in his club career in England.

Comments:

League position: 4th Manchester City had now conceded four goals three times in a Premier League season for the first time since 2000-01. Sadio Mane became the first player to score a hat-trick against City since Gabby Agbonlahor for Aston Villa on 17 August 2008. This was Joe Hart's 300th appearance in the Premier League. He had now conceded exactly 300 goals.
