John Stones's contract at Barnsley was extended to June 2015 in August 2012.
He joined Everton in January 2013 with a contract to June 2018 that was extended to June 2019 in August 2014.
John joined Manchester City in August 2016 with a six-year contract for a reported fee of £47.5million.
It was believed to be the second highest-ever fee paid for a defender after £50million for David Luiz's move from Chelsea to Paris St Germain in June 2014.
His City contract was extended to June 2026 in August 2021.
