FA Cup 4th round stats

This week’s top story is that for the first time since the present format was introduced in 1925, two non-league clubs have reached the 5th round of the FA Cup. Lincoln City of the National League became only the eighth non-league club to reach 5th round since the Second World War. This week in football

Most of the major European football leagues are finally recommencing this week bar a few, and some have gifted us some great games to look forward to. The Premier League continued without interruption over the Christmas period, while other leagues like La Liga and the French Ligue 1 enjoyed more than 3 weeks off sometimes even 4 in the case of the Bundesliga.
