White joined Cheltenham Town in July 2000 but although he made regularly appearances in the early part of last season, he never really seemed to find his best form and failed to score a single goal. As the campaign progressed he was increasingly limited to late appearances from the subs' bench and he was eventually placed on the transfer list by manager Steve Cotterill, despite having another year of his contract to run. He is a brave and strong striker with a good goals-per-game record throughout his career and given the right opportunities he will no doubt start scoring again.
