The format is:
Three Leagues (A, B and C)
Each League is split in to four Groups (A, B, C and D)
Each Group is played on a round robin basis
League A consists of four groups of three teams
League B consists of four groups of four teams
League C consists of one group of four teams (A) and three groups of three teams (B, C and D)
The remaining group games are due to be played in March 2023.
The Semi-finals, 3rd place play-offs and Finals are due to be played in June 2023.
