Pep Guardiola’s side should have little difficulty progressing to the fifth round having been drawn against League One side Leyton Orient.
City have reached the FA Cup final in each of the last two seasons and will fancy their chances of featuring in the Wembley Stadium showpiece in May.
Man United will also be eager to make further progress as they strive to defend the trophy they claimed by beating City 2-1 in the 2023/24 final.
They produced a dogged defensive display to defeat Arsenal on penalties in round three and are fancied to claim another victory when they host Leicester.
One of the most eye-catching ties of the round is the clash between Birmingham City and Newcastle United at St Andrew’s.
The Blues are mounting a strong challenge to win promotion back to the Championship and could cause Newcastle plenty of problems in their fourth-round tie.
Newcastle eased past Bromley in their FA Cup opener, but will not relish the prospect of playing the League One high-flyers on their own patch.
Fellow Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers could also find things difficult when they travel to face Blackburn Rovers.
John Eustace’s side are pushing for a play-off place in the Championship and could defy the odds by defeating Wolves at Ewood Park.
The all-Premier League tie between Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur is another fixture which should deliver plenty of entertainment to fans.
Villa are having another productive season in the Premier League and will be keen to keep their hopes of winning silverware alive by progressing in the FA Cup.
Although Tottenham have been hugely inconsistent this season, they will head to Villa Park believing they can secure a positive result there.
Ange Postecoglou’s side have triumphed 4-0 and 4-1 in their last two meetings with Villa and are capable of recording another win if they produce their best form.
