Full name is: Hélder Wander Sousa de Azevedo e Costa.
After a loan spell, Hélder Costa joined Wolverhampton Wanderers in January 2017 for a reported club record fee of £13million with a contract to June 2021.
After a loan spell, he joined Leeds United in July 2020 with a four-year contract.
Having represented the Portugal national team in a friendly game against Scotland in October 2018, he switched his international alleigence to his native Angola in March 2021.
