Plummer was not a first choice for Queens Park Rangers at the start of 2000-01 and only made the line-up in December when injuries robbed the team of more experienced defenders.
He did well enough to retain his place until the end of the season and broke his goalscoring duck when he netted in the 2-0 win over West Bromwich Albion in January.
He is a tall central defender who uses his height to good effective and is comfortable on the ball.
Plummer went on the QPR transfer list in October 2002.
