Tom Cairney also played for Nottingham Forest and Leeds United during his youth career.
He has played for Scotland at youth levels.
Tom's contract at Hull City was extended to June 2013 in March 2010 and to June 2014 in January 2011.
After a loan spell, he joined Blackburn Rovers in January 2014 with a contract to June 2017.
Tom joined Fulham in June 2015 with a four-year contract that was extended to June 2021 in July 2017, to June 2023 in July 2018, to June 2024 in May 2019 and to June 2025 in January 2024.
