Anthony Martial joined Manchester United in September 2015 with a four-year contract for an initial fee of £36million.
This became the highest-ever fee paid for a teenager. The previous record was £27 million that United paid for Luke Shaw in 2014 and Paris St Germain paid for Marquinhos in 2013.
His United contract was extended to June 2020 in December 2018 and to June 2024 in January 2019.
