Comments:

League position: 10th This was new manager Brendan Rodgers' first home game in charge. He had now won all seven of his Premier League meetings with Fulham. Leicester City had now won two of their last six games in the Premier League (lost four). The Foxes last four permanent managers (Claudio Ranieri, Craig Shakespeare, Claude Puel and Brendan Rodgers) had now won their first home game in charge in the Premier League. With his first goal in this game, Jamie Vardy became the seventh player to score 100 goals in all competitions for City and the first since Gary Lineker in 1985.

Comments:

League position: 19th This was caretaker manager Scott Parker's first away game in charge. Fulham had now lost nine of their last ten games in the Premier League and had now lost six consecutive games in the division for the second time in this season. The Whites had now conceded two or more goals in ten consecutive games in the Premier League to equal the competition record also held by Wimbledon and West Bromwich Albion. They had now taken two points from their 15 away games so far in this Premier League season; the fewest points from away games in the top four divisions. Floyd Ayité became the second player from Togo to score in the Premier League after Emmanuel Adebayor (97 goals for Arsenal, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur and Crystal Palace).
