Comments:

League position: 20th Fulham had now conceded 36 goals in their 15 games so far in this Premier League season; only Barnsley (40 in 1997-98) had ever conceded more at this stage of a season in the competition. The Whites had now equalled their club record of 19 consecutive games in the top division without keeping a clean sheet (also from September to December in 1950). Their total of of nine points after 15 league games was now their joint-worst at this stage of a league season (on a three points for a win basis); also in 1993-94 in League Division 2. New Fulham manager Claudio Ranieri faced Leicester City for the first time since he was sacked in February 2017; nine months after leading the Foxes to their remarkable Premier League title.

Comments:

League position: 9th Leicester City were now unbeaten in the last six games in the Premier League; their longest such run since the title-winning 2015-16 season under Claudio Ranieri. The Foxes had won two of their last eight games in the Premier League (lost two). City were now unbeaten in their last five away games in the Premier League against newly promoted opponents (won three).
