This very gifted Hull City midfield displayed some excellent skills during the first half of the 2000-01 campaign attracting the attention of many higher grade clubs.
However, he suffered a tragic set back while back home on international duty in January 2001 when he was involved in a horrific car accident that saw the death of his fellow Jamaican international and close friend Steve Malcolm.
Although Theo was only slightly injured, he took some time to recover match fitness and his return to the team coincided with the Tigers' remarkable change of fortunes.
He was allowed to miss the play-off games to play in the Copa Caribe tournament in Trinidad where he captained Jamaica for the first time.
Theo remained a regular for his country winning a further 16 caps in 2000-01 to become the most capped player in Hull's history.
After a short spell at Livingston, Theo rejoined his former Hull boss Brian Little at Tranmere Rovers in May 2004 on a one-year contract that was extended to June 2006 in July 2005. However, it was cancelled in January 2006.
