Tariq Lamptey was selected on Chelsea's subs bench for the first time on 30 October 2019 in a League Cup tie against Manchester United.
He joined Brighton and Hove Albion in January 2020 with a contract to June 2023 that was extended to June 2025 in January 2021.
Tariq switched his international allegiance from England to Ghana on 6 July 2022.
