Lee Croft's contract at Manchester City was extended to June 2008 in March 2006.
His contract at Norwich City was cancelled in May 2009.
Lee joined Derby County in June 2009 with a three-year contract.
He was made available for transfer by the Rams in May 2012.
After a loan spell, Lee joined Oldham Athletic in January 2013 with a contract to June 2013.
He re-joined the Latics in July 2015 with a one-year contract that was extended to January 2017 in August 2016.
