A veteran of the squad at thirty-four he has vast experience at club and country level. He began his career at Igloopol Debica before joining his current club Legia Warsaw in 1991. He made his international bow in June 1995 against Slovakia and has remained a squad member ever since. He has been replaced as an automatic first choice by Tomasz Haito but is still a formidable presence at centre half. He did suffer a long time out of action with an achilles injury but is back to full fitness but will only provide cover for the established centre half pairing in the Far East.
