At the age of 16 years and 242 days, Ivan Toney became Northampton Town's youngest-ever player when he made his debut on 13 November 2012 in a FA Cup tie against Bradford City.
The previous record holder was Adrian Mann who was 16 years and 297 days when he played against Bury on 5 May 1984.
Ivan signed his first pro contract with the Cobblers in September 2013.
It ran to June 2016 and was extended to June 2017 in May 2014.
Ivan joined Brentford in August 2020 with a five-year contract.
In September 2022, he became the first current Bees player to be selected for an England squad since Les Smith against Romania in Bucharest on 24 May 1939.
