Having been at Spotland since U13 level this young Rochdale striker had worked his way up to the club's reserve team at the start of last season. He netted early on for the second string and with other strikers injured, suspended or ineligible he was a surprise choice on the subs' bench for the Worthington Cup tie at Blackburn. He came on for the last 25 minutes for his debut in senior football and looked extremely promising.
