Chris Martin signed his first professional contract with Norwich City in April 2007.
It ran to June 2010 and was extended to June 2013 in January 2010.
After a loan spell, he joined Derby County in July 2013 with a two-year contract that was extended to June 2018 in September 2014 and to June 2020 in January 2017.
