Comments:

League position: 8th West Bromwich Albion set a new all-time club record of failing to score in five consecutive league games. Albion had now failed to score in four consecutive league defeats for the first time since April 2003 in the Premier League. The Baggies had now lost three consecutive home games in the Premier League for the first time since 30 April 2016. West Bromwich Albion manager Tony Pulis said: "We've again had 16 opportunities and really should have had more. We're getting up in the final third and playing some really nice stuff through the pitch but we just need to be more clinical. That's the difference really."

Comments:

League position: 11th This was Leicester City's 50th away win in the Premier League (played 209, lost 107). This was the Foxes' second away win in their last 20 away games in the Premier League (lost 12). Jamie Vardy had now scored in all three of his Premier League appearances at The Hawthorns. Leicester City manager Craig Shakespeare said: "It was a gutsy performance. The fans have stuck behind us and I'm pleased they can reap the rewards tonight. It will be a difficult end to the season and we have to try and win every game we can. I want Jamie Vardy to finish on a high. He's scored quite a few of late and we need that to continue."
