Comments:

League position: 5th Tottenham Hotspur failed to score for the first time in this Premier League season to leave Leicester City as the only team that had scored in all of their opening ten games in the Premier League. Spurs failed in their attempt to win more than seven of their opening ten games of a top division season for a third time (previously 1960-61 and 1963-64). This was their first defeat in a Premier League game played on Monday since losing to Norwich City in April 2012 (won seven, drawn two).

Comments:

League position: 1st Manchester City were now unbeaten after ten games from the beginning of a top division season for a fifth time. City equalled their club record of six consecutive clean sheets in league games which was set from May to September in 2015. Raheem Sterling made his 200th appearance in the Premier League in this game.
