This was the first time that Boro had scored more than one goal in their last seven home games. Six of Middlesbrough's nine league goals this season to date had been scored in the first-half. They had now conceded two goals in their last four Premier League games. Viktor Fischer replaced Adama Traore in the third minute of added time in the second-half. Calum Chambers was booked in the second minute of added time in the second-half.
