Comments:

League position: 24th Unused substitutes: John Danby and Steve Burton Some sources credited Kidderminster Harriers' goal to Gary Birch. However, the club's official web site subsequently confirmed the correct scorer was Blair Sturrock, as follows: "KIDDERMINSTER Harriers' today wish to clear up any confusion surrounding the identity of Sunday's goal scorer in the game against Swansea City. Whilst the stadium announcer and the majority of press and television outlets credited the late strike to striker Gary Birch, the club wish to confirm that, as was written in the official match report, debutant Blair Sturrock was indeed the player on target."

Comments:

League position: 3rd Unused substitutes: Brian Murphy and Brad Maylett Paul Connor's opening goal was timed at 30 seconds. Although Marc Goodfellow and Andy Robinson's goals were both scored in added time at the end of the game, the timings are shown as above for technical reasons.
