League position: 1st Chelsea ended a run of 13 home Premier League games without a clean sheet. Their last before this match was a 2-0 win over Norwich City on 21 November 2015. The Blues recorded successive home wins in the Premier League, having failed to do so throughout the previous season. New manager Antonio Conte had now lost just one of his last 33 league games as a club manager (won 30).
