League position: 6th After 28 games, Arsenal had now won the same number of points (51) so far in this Premier League season as they had at the same stage in the previous season (2015-16). The Gunners had now won only one of their last 37 Premier League games when they had been behind at half-time. They had now won only one of their nine Premier League games against other top seven teams so far in this season (lost five). Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger said: "We are in a tough battle for the top four. I am professional and I have shown great loyalty in the past. I love this club, I don't know how long I will be here, I am clear in my head, that's the most important thing. The decision will be soon."
