League position: 1st Unused substitutes: Martin Keown and Graham Stack Thierry Henry scored four goals in a game for the first time his career to become the first Arsenal player to acheive the feat since Ian Wright in a 4-2 defeat of Everton at Highbury in the old First Division on 21 December 1991. Having also scored three in the previous home game against Liverpool, Thierry also became the first Arsenal player to have notched hat-tricks in consecutive home games since Doug Lishman in 1951(6-3 v West Bromwich Albion on 10 November and 4-2 v Bolton Wanderers on 24 November). Theirry's quartet took his Arsenal goals tally to 150 in his 251st Gunners appearance. He became the third highest scorer in the club's history having surpassed John Radford's total of 149.
