League position: 10th Although AFC Bournemouth had lost three of their last four Premier League games, they had now won four of their last six home games in the Premier League (lost one). The Cherries had scored only three goals in their last five Premier League games. This was the second time that they had avoided defeat after trailing by two or more goals in a Premier League game (also a 3-3 draw versus Everton at home on 28 November 2015).

Comments:

League position: 3rd This was the fourth time that Liverpool had lost an away game in the Premier League after leading by two goals (also 4-3 at Leeds United in 2000, 3-2 at Queens Park Rangers in 2012 and 3-2 at Southampton in 2016). This was only the second time that the Reds had lost a Premier League game by a 3-4 margin (also at Leeds United on 4 November 2000). This was their first defeat in their last 12 Premier League games (won eight).
