Adam Smith was originally named in the starting line-up before suffering an injury in the pre-match warm-up. Junior Stanislas was promoted to the starting XI with Nnamdi Ofoborh taking his place on the bench.

Comments:

League position: 19th This was Fulham's first away win in the Premier League since a 2-1 victory at Aston Villa on 5 April 2014. Hull City remain as the last team to complete an entire season in the division without an away win in 2009-10. The Whites also won consecutive games in the Premier League for the first time since April 2014. They had now taken five points from their away games so far in this Premier League season. The record low total in the division remained as three points by Derby County in 2007-08. This was Fulham's first away league win for exactly a year; 3-0 at Millwall in the League Championship on 20 April 2018.
