Africa Cup of Nations, 1959

The 1959 Africa Cup of Nations was held in Cairo, Egypt (then officially part of a union with Syria known as the United Arab Republic). The players in the winning squad were all Egyptians - mainly drawn from Al-Ahly and Zamalek.
