Yannick Bolasie, who also played for Rushden and Diamonds as well as Hillingdon Borough, joined Plymouth Argyle in July 2008 with a two-year contract.
He is a cousin of former Newcastle United and Portsmouth forward Lomano Tresor LuaLua.
Yannick joined Bristol City in June 2011 with a two-year contract.
He joined Crystal Palace in August 2012 with a three-year contract that was extended to June 2017 in August 2014 and to June 2019 in September 2015.
Yannick joined Everton in August 2016 with a five-year contract.
