Scotland International
Virtually a George Best 'lookalike', Willie possessed similar flair, the darling of the crowd (1968-75). Certainly, an all-time United 'great'. Won a Second Division championship medal (1974-75) before moving on to Bolton following a much-publicised spat with manager Docherty.
