Will Smallbone was selected on Southampton's subs bench for the first time on 9 November 2016 in a Football League Trophy tie against Crawley Town.
He signed his first pro contract with the Saints on his 17th birthday in February 2017. It ran until June 2019.
Will's contract at Southampton was extended to June 2024 in June 2020.
