| Date of birth | 13 December 1979 |
| Place of birth | Manchester |
| Nationality | English |
| Weight | 67 kg |

Peyton impressed sufficiently in pre-season trials at Bury to be taken on by Shakers' boss Andy Preece but he spent much of the campaign developing in the club's reserve team.
He received a few glimpses of first-team action, appearing on two occasions as a substitute and also making the starting line-up for the friendly game against the Pakistan national team.
A promising young midfield player.
