Goodhind showed that he had made a full recovery from the broken leg he suffered back in November 1998, turning in a string of impressive performances for Barnet in 2000-01.
His commitment to the cause made him a favourite of the Underhill club's fans in what was a very disappointing campaign overall.
An effective central defender, he became the Bees' current longest-serving player following the departure of Paul Wilson.
Goodhind's contract with Cambridge United was extended up to the end of the 2004-05 season in July 2004.
Goodhind joined Rochdale in September 2005 with a two-year contract but was made available for transfer in September 2006.
