Tyler Walker is the son of former Nottingham Forest and England defender, Des Walker and brother of Derby County's Lewis Walker.

He was selected on Forest's subs bench for the first time on 24 September 2014 in a League Cup tie at Tottenham Hotspur.

His Forest contract was extended to June 2019 in June 2015 and to June 2021 in November.
