This skilful striker was one of a number of Lincoln City players who experienced an upturn in fortunes following the arrival of new manager Alan Buckley at the start of March 2000.
After struggling to cope with the style of the previous management, Tony showed a dramatic change fitting in well with the system adopted by Buckley.
He began to find the net again and started to create chances for colleagues with his ability to hold up the ball and turn his man.
Tony's contract at Lincoln City was terminated in October 2002 before joining local rivals Boston United in a three-month deal then moving on to a brief stint at Rushden & Diamonds on non-contract terms.
Tony finished the 2002-03 season at Stevenage Borough.
