Tom Hitchcock is the son of former Chelsea goalkeeper Kevin Hitchcock.
He joined Queens Park Rangers in April 2012 with a contract to June 2013 that was then extended to June 2014.
Tom joined Milton Keynes Dons in July 2014 with a three-year contract that was cancelled in August 2016.
