Tom Barkhuizen's contract at Blackpool was extended to June 2015 in May 2014.
After a loan spell, he joined Morecambe in July 2015 with a two-year contract that was cancelled in November 2016.
Tom joined Preston North End in January 2017 with a contract to June 2019 that was extended to June 2020 in June 2017.
