Tim Krul joined Newcastle United in July 2005 with a three-year contract that was extended to June 2011 in June 2007, to June 2014 in July 2010, to June 2017 in March 2012 and to June 2018 in August 2016.
Having had to wait patiently due to the excellence of his senior colleagues Shay Given and Steve Harper, Tim literally took his chance at Newcastle with both hands when the latter suffered a shoulder injury in September 2010.
He was included in Netherlands' 2014 World Cup squad.
After a loan spell, Tim joined Brighton and Hove Albion in September 2017 with a contract to June 2018.
He joined Norwich City in July 2018 with a two-year contract that was extended to June 2022 in June 2019.
