Experience: During 1997 - 1998 Tim attended Aston Villa for more than a season on an extended trial. The goalkeeping coach was Mike Harrison. During the 1998 - 1999 season he was offered Associated Schoolboy Forms at Derby County F.C. The goalkeeping coach was Eric Steele. During the 1999 - 2002 seasons Tim signed a modern apprenticeship with Shrewsbury Town F.C. in 1999. He achieved a squad number in his second year and was twice on the bench for the first team. In his third year he was the captain of the youth team and achieved his squad number again. He has played numerous reserve team games and been on the bench for the first team several times.
