Hadley got off to a great start with Kidderminster last season, scoring four times in the first four games including the club's historic first-ever goal in the Football League when he netted after 14 minutes of the opening day encounter with Torquay United. However the goal supply dried up and he found himself in and out of the side for the remainder of the campaign, often featuring from the subs' bench. A hard-working striker he still finished up as the Harriers' joint-leading scorer with nine goals in all competitions.
