PositionDefender/Right back

Over 150 appearances for Swansea City. Steve had a wretched time with injuries at Swansea in 2000-01 after making a promising start to the campaign. He underwent a groin and stomach operation in mid-October and shortly after returning to first-team action he injured a thigh at Walsall on Boxing Day. He eventually came back in March only to suffer an ankle injury in the FA Wales Premier Cup tie against TNS Llansantffraid. When fully fit he is a gutsy right back who defends solidly and always gives 100% effort in every game. He was released by the Swans in the summer and was due to rejoin his former City boss Jan Molby at Kidderminster but decided to return to Cheltenham.

Steve joined Forest Green Rovers in July 2003 on a one-year contract.
