Cowe has made over 100 appearances for Swindon Town. Cowe started the 2000-01 season on the fringes of the Swindon Town first team but won a mid-season recall to the starting line-up in an unfamiliar midfield role. He netted twice in the FA Cup demolition of Gateshead but was then sidelined with an achilles injury early in the new year and he spent the remainder of the campaign out of action. A small nippy striker with some neat touches he was out of contract in the summer.
