Yeo, who also played for Coleraine during his Army service, had his contract at Lincoln City extended to June 2005 in June 2004.
He re-joined the Imps in December 2005 with a contract to the end of the season.
Yeo joined Chester City in January 2007 with a contract to June 2008.
He joined Macclesfield Town in July 2008 with a one-year contract.
