Has made some 300 appearances with his various clubs. Sean struggled with injuries at Notts County in 2000-01 and was restricted to just a handful of appearances in the starting line-up and several outings from the subs' bench. A big and strong traditional-style centre forward with a heart to match, he always battled back but managed only three goals during the season. Sean was released by the Magpies in the summer.
After joining Burton Albion, Sean was forced to retire through injury in April 2003.
