Igoe played an important role in Reading's quest for promotion in 2000-01, although he was often used from the subs' bench and it was only in the later stages of the campaign that he featured regularly in the starting line-up.
Looking more effective when played out wide on the right rather than in a central role, he chipped in with some valuable goals including two fine efforts in the 5-0 home win against Oldham Athletic.
He is an attacking midfield player who crosses the ball accurately and is comfortable on the ball.
Igoe joined Swindon Town in June 2003 in a two-year deal.
He then joined Millwall in July 2005 with a one-year contract.
After a loan spell, Igoe joined Bristol Rovers in July 2006 in a two-year deal.
He joined AFC Bournemouth in August 2008 with a one-year contract.
