This promising Chelsea youngster was loaned to Portsmouth just before transfer deadline day as new boss Graham Rix used his knowledge of the Stamford Bridge set-up to strengthen his squad for the closing stages of the season.
A tall, powerfully built attacking midfield player he showed some neat controlled football and occasional touches of brilliance in six appearances for Pompey.
A natural two-footed player with outstanding potential, he likes to roam forward and tease opposition defences.
Rob was made available for transfer by Oxford United in August 2005.
