Bolland had a rough time with injuries at Notts County in 2000-01 and was only able to make intermittent appearances for the first team.
A hard-working and competitive midfield player who often seems to cover every blade of grass for the Magpies' cause.
Bolland's contract at Grimsby Town was extended to June 2008 in July 2006.
He joined Macclesfield Town in July 2009 with a one-year contract that was extended to June 2011 in July 2010.
