Over 400 club appearances to his name. Nick had a somewhat difficult time at Tranmere last season for after featuring regularly in the opening matches he was diagnosed as suffering from a blood disorder that affected his energy levels. The problem was eventually treated but he then found it hard to win his place back in the team when he was fully fit. A hard-working midfield player he is sharp in the tackle and passes the ball intelligently.
